本利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます。）は、AINN（以下「本サービス」といいます。）の利用条件を定めるものです。 本サービスを利用する方（以下「ユーザー」といいます。）は、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the use of AINN (the "Service"). Anyone who uses the Service (a "User") is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

本サービスは、X上で公開されているAI関連の投稿、話題、議論をもとに、AI関連トピックを整理し、ユーザーが現在のAIコミュニティにおける注目動向を把握しやすくするための、小規模かつ独立したAIトピック・ナビゲーションサービスです。

The Service is a small, independent AI topic navigation service that organizes AI-related topics based on publicly available posts, topics, and discussions on X, helping Users understand notable current trends in the AI community.

本サービスは、X Corp.またはその関連会社が運営、承認、後援、提携する公式サービスではありません。

The Service is not an official service operated, approved, sponsored, or affiliated with X Corp. or any of its affiliates.

本サービスに掲載される情報には、以下の内容が含まれる場合があります。

Information published through the Service may include the following:

本サービスにおける見出し、要約、分類、ランキング、注目度表示は、本サービス独自の編集・分類ロジックに基づくものであり、X上の公式ランキング、公式評価、またはX上の活動全体を網羅的に示すものではありません。

Headlines, summaries, classifications, rankings, and attention levels displayed through the Service are based on the Service's own editorial and classification logic. They are not official rankings or evaluations by X and do not comprehensively represent all activity on X.

本サービスは、X APIまたはXの公式機能を利用して、公開されているX上の投稿および関連情報を取得・表示する場合があります。

The Service may use the X API or official X features to obtain and display publicly available posts and related information from X.

X上のコンテンツは、主にXの公式埋め込み形式、またはXの表示要件に従って表示されます。各掲載項目には、可能な限りX上の元投稿へのリンクを設けます。

Content from X is displayed primarily through official X embeds or in accordance with X display requirements. Whenever possible, each item includes a link to the original post on X.

本サービスが生成する要約、背景説明、見出し、注目理由、関連論点の説明は、元のX投稿とは明確に区別されます。これらは元投稿の本文を改変したものではなく、本サービス独自の編集情報として表示されます。

Summaries, background explanations, headlines, reasons for attention, and related-point explanations generated by the Service are clearly distinguished from the original X post. They are displayed as the Service's own editorial information rather than as modifications to the original post text.

XのDeveloper Agreementでは、埋め込み投稿や埋め込みタイムラインを表示するWebページについて、Xがアクセス、インデックス、キャッシュできる旨のライセンスに関する規定があります。

The X Developer Agreement contains licensing provisions allowing X to access, index, and cache web pages that display embedded posts or timelines.

X上の投稿が削除、非公開、利用不可、閲覧制限、またはその他の理由により表示できなくなった場合、本サービスは合理的に可能な範囲で、該当する表示の更新または削除に努めます。

If a post on X becomes unavailable because it has been deleted, made private, restricted, or for any other reason, the Service will endeavor, to the extent reasonably possible, to update or remove the corresponding display.

本サービスは、キャッシュされたデータを利用して、削除済み、利用不可、非公開、または制限対象となったXコンテンツを復元または再構築しようとするものではありません。

The Service does not seek to use cached data to restore or reconstruct X Content that has been deleted, made unavailable or private, or otherwise restricted.

ユーザーは、本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

Users must not engage in any of the following activities when using the Service:

本サービス上に表示されるX投稿、画像、動画、プロフィール情報その他のX由来コンテンツに関する権利は、各権利者に帰属します。

Rights in X posts, images, videos, profile information, and other X-derived content displayed through the Service belong to their respective rights holders.

本サービスが独自に作成した文章、見出し、分類、構成、デザイン、ロゴ、プログラム、データベース構造その他のコンテンツに関する権利は、運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。

Rights in text, headlines, classifications, organization, designs, logos, programs, database structures, and other content independently created by the Service belong to the operator or the applicable lawful rights holder.

ユーザーは、権利者の許可なく、本サービス上のコンテンツを無断で複製、転載、販売、改変、配布、公開、送信、二次利用してはなりません。

Without permission from the relevant rights holder, Users must not copy, reproduce, sell, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, or otherwise make secondary use of content on the Service.

本サービスでは、AIを用いて投稿の要約、見出し、背景説明、注目理由、関連論点、分類補助などを生成する場合があります。

The Service may use AI to generate post summaries, headlines, background explanations, reasons for attention, related points, classification assistance, and similar content.

AI生成コンテンツは、情報理解を補助するための参考情報であり、正確性、完全性、最新性、中立性、有用性を保証するものではありません。

AI-generated content is provided as reference information to assist understanding and is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, current, neutral, or useful.

ユーザーは、AI生成コンテンツを利用する場合、自らの判断と責任において利用するものとします。

Users who rely on AI-generated content do so at their own judgment and responsibility.

本サービスでは、公開されているエンゲージメント指標、投稿の新しさ、トピックとの関連性、カテゴリとの一致度、エンゲージメントの伸び方、運営者が選定した情報源との関連性などをもとに、投稿を分類、優先表示、またはランキング表示する場合があります。

The Service may classify, prioritize, or rank posts based on publicly available engagement metrics, recency, relevance to a topic, category fit, engagement growth, association with sources selected by the operator, and similar factors.

これらの表示は、本サービス独自のトピック・ナビゲーションのためのものであり、投稿者、企業、製品、サービス、技術、発言内容の価値、信頼性、正確性、社会的評価を保証するものではありません。

These displays are provided solely for the Service's own topic navigation and do not guarantee the value, reliability, accuracy, or social evaluation of any author, company, product, service, technology, or statement.

本サービスには、Xその他の外部サービスへのリンクが含まれる場合があります。

The Service may contain links to X and other external services.

外部サービスの内容、正確性、安全性、利用条件、プライバシーの取り扱いについて、本サービスは責任を負いません。ユーザーは、外部サービスを利用する場合、当該外部サービスの規約およびポリシーを確認するものとします。

The Service is not responsible for the content, accuracy, security, terms of use, or privacy practices of external services. Users must review the terms and policies of any external service they use.

本サービスは、掲載情報の正確性、完全性、最新性、有用性、適法性、特定目的への適合性について、明示または黙示を問わず保証しません。

The Service makes no express or implied warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, usefulness, legality, or fitness for a particular purpose of published information.

本サービスに掲載される情報は、投資、法律、医療、雇用、保険、信用判断その他の専門的判断を代替するものではありません。

Information published through the Service is not a substitute for professional judgment concerning investments, law, medicine, employment, insurance, credit, or other specialized matters.

ユーザーが本サービスの情報を利用したこと、または利用できなかったことにより生じた損害について、運営者は、運営者の故意または重過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。

Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the operator, the operator is not liable for damages arising from a User's use of, or inability to use, information provided through the Service.

運営者は、事前の通知なく、本サービスの内容を変更、追加、停止、中断、終了することがあります。

The operator may change, add to, suspend, interrupt, or discontinue the Service without prior notice.

本サービスは、X API、Xの仕様、Xのポリシー、料金体系、技術的制約、外部サービスの仕様変更などにより、予告なく機能や表示内容が変更される場合があります。

Features or displayed content may change without notice due to changes in the X API, X specifications or policies, pricing structures, technical constraints, or specifications of external services.

本サービスに掲載された内容について、削除、修正、確認、権利侵害その他のお問い合わせがある場合は、運営者が別途定める問い合わせ窓口からご連絡ください。

For removal, correction, verification, infringement, or other inquiries concerning content published through the Service, please contact the operator through the separately designated inquiry channel.

運営者は、問い合わせ内容を確認のうえ、合理的に必要と判断した場合、該当する表示の修正、削除、非表示化その他の対応を行います。

After reviewing an inquiry, the operator may correct, remove, hide, or otherwise address the relevant display when reasonably deemed necessary.

本サービスにおける個人情報の取り扱いについては、別途定めるプライバシーポリシーに従うものとします。

Personal information handled through the Service is governed by the separately established Privacy Policy.

運営者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。

The operator may amend these Terms as necessary.

本規約を変更した場合、変更後の内容を本サービス上に掲載します。変更後の規約は、本サービス上に掲載された時点から効力を生じるものとします。

If these Terms are amended, the revised terms will be posted through the Service and will take effect when posted.

本規約は、日本法に準拠して解釈されます。

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

本サービスに関して運営者とユーザーとの間で紛争が生じた場合、運営者の所在地を管轄する日本国内の裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Any dispute between the operator and a User concerning the Service will be subject to the exclusive agreed jurisdiction, as the court of first instance, of the court in Japan having jurisdiction over the operator's location.

本サービスでは、広告掲載、タイアップ、その他有償取引に関するご相談を受け付ける場合があります。

The Service may accept inquiries concerning advertising, sponsored collaborations, and other paid transactions.

ただし、本サービス上で直ちに商品の購入、役務の申込み、決済、契約締結が完了するものではありません。具体的な取引条件、料金、提供内容、支払方法、キャンセル条件その他必要事項は、個別の連絡、見積書、契約書、請求書、またはこれらに準じる方法により提示します。

However, purchases of goods, applications for services, payments, or contracts are not completed directly through the Service. Specific transaction terms, fees, deliverables, payment methods, cancellation conditions, and other necessary details will be provided through individual communications, quotations, agreements, invoices, or comparable means.

特定商取引法その他の適用法令に基づく表示が必要となる場合、運営者は、法令上必要な範囲で、請求に応じて遅滞なく必要事項を開示します。

When disclosure is required under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions or other applicable laws, the operator will disclose the legally required information without delay upon request.
